The right bite

Gulden's spicy brown mustard has the perfect sharpness and bite. It's not the spiciest spicy brown, but in my opinion it's just right. It lends a pungent kick to hot dogs, deli meats, and soft pretzels. The texture is overall pretty smooth, but there's a mild coarseness that sets it apart from regular mustards. The squeeze top makes it perfect for applying to a hotdog, but I prefer it in a condiment cup for dipping my 'dogs.

I don't know why this is not on every table or fridge. It is far superior to the bright yellow stuff and not as pretentious as the tiny little jars. The price is perfect and so is the taste. By the way, it is pronounced like seagull-dens, not ghoul-dens. I have been using it for 20 years and didn't know that until a year ago. Happy eating.
