Best chocolate on the market
I adore Lily's dark chocolates. They are every bit as good as brands that use sugar -- actually considerably better than most and as good as the very best. And I've tried them all. The 70% is perfect. That's the minimum level that is considered good for your health. My system won't tolerate anything over 70%. Don't know whether it's the caffeine (I'm caffeine sensitive) or the theobromine that supposedly increases focus (sounds like more caffeine-effect to me). My local super market only carries the one with salt, which I need to avoid. The best selection is at Natural Grocers that carries a very wide range of Lily's, but Lily's website is the only place I've found the complete line of their products.
