Great for Hummus!
These garbanzo beans/chick peas are great. They are tender (not mushy) and firm (not hard). With some olive oil, splash of acidity (lemon or lime juice, apple cider vinegar, etc.), and seasonings, all thrown in a food processor, they make a wonderful hummus in just a few minutes. I hope to keep a can or two in the pantry from now on!
