As soon as I opened this item, I jumped online and ordered another one. Very high quality. Plastic weave is tight and thick. Very nice thick border. It comes in a very nice carry-case , and with grounding-stakes too ! Although I can't speak to how it holds up yet, it is so much better quality than any other similar-material outdoor floor covering that I have ever purchased.
