Terrific - works better than plastic*****

I love these lids, I have a whole collection. Not only are they re-usable, microwave safe and stylish (I don't need stylish lids in my kitchen but they look good when I bring a casserole or cake...) but they work better than plastic! Plus, they are easier to plop right on than fussing with the plastic wrap!

GIR was first!

GIR was the first I came across to sell these cup, bowl and pot covers. For me they made going greener easier and even fun. Now you can find similar products elsewhere, though not the upscale quality GIR offers. Now my friends are using them too and loving it. This company really did get it right.

Suction Really Works!

This lid is great. The suction actually works (which hasn't been true for lids of this style I've tried from other brands). I also like that it's stiff enough that I can put it on the bottom rack of my dishwasher like it's a plate so it doesn't take up much room.
