I originally wanted to get a heavy bag for my husband, my seven year old daughter and myself for our Muay Thai and self defense training and cardio workout. I never thought I would want a freestanding punching/kicking bag, but after days of searching and trying to decide where we were going to hang the heavy bag and ntm the price of a stand and all that, I came across this one. The waiting for your purchase to arrive is usually the hardest part but it arrived three days earlier than the six days we were expecting it to take so Right On for that. Super easy to put together! It's easily portable even with the base filled with water, but it is still sturdy. The lower detachable pad that goes around the bottom is perfect for our daughter to work on her kicks. The gloves that came with it are really nicely made too.
