The VERY BEST Dark Chocolate Peppermint Bark on this planet
I am compulsively picky when it comes to chocolate, dark chocolate and combining chocolate with peppermint. Only the best will do, of course it's based on my taste, and when it comes to combining dark chocolate with peppermint you better have a superior talent in making both parts and the impeccable ability for perfect balance. I am passionate when it comes to seeking out and enjoying the finest dark chocolate. I am NOT a fan of peppermint mixed with anything so eating a peppermint stick alone is a rare occurrence and I've never made it to the end of even the smallest peppermint candy cane. That being said what a blessing it is to have the VERY BEST Dark Chocolate-Peppermint Bark Chocolatier right here in America. Talk about a San Francisco treat, Ha! ... As I stated; I'm incredibly picky and only the perfectly balanced, smooth, magnificently delicious dark chocolate will make its wa past my taste buds. Ghirardelli, I commend you, your stellar works in all things chocolate and your dark chocolate peppermint bark. It is AMAZING with each and every bite, each and every square. The balance is true chocolatier perfection. My taste buds have found their way to tasting chocolate from all around the globe, countless claiming to be the best in the world. All of them pale in comparison to Ghirardelli for you have truly mastered the art of dark chocolate peppermint bark. I have shared these magically delicious squares with countless others who, like me, not fans of peppermint, are left wanting more preceded by; "That is absolutely delicious." ... Above and beyond their expectations. ... Need I say more.
