Pleased with brand and price!

Was skeptical because of the price. But the bottle is tiny. The size isn't a big deal with me. I'm going to be honest. I have never used OO before. But being mindful of my sodium, I'm cooking more home meals and way less processed. I got this for when I start making my own no salt bread. And also for potato wedges and veggies. I made potato wedges the other night. 2 russet potatoes, 1 tblsp OO, and seasonings. Tossed it all together. Lined on unbleached parchment paper, placed on sheet pan, and cooked for 15minutes.Take out of oven, turn each wedge, and bake for additional 15minutes. Wedges are finished, crispy, and oh so good!! Now after having potato wedges with OO and w/o, I prefer it made with OO. I am pleased with this brand and price. I would definitely buy again.

i like the small bottles cause i only use in certain recipes. Small bottle makes it fresher for me than the larger sizes. Olive oil has always been a staple. So this size makes me happy.
