Very impressive for the price!

The order was delivered fairly quickly though there was a slight FedEx delay. It comes in 3 easy to maneuver boxes and the assembly was quick as there two of us. The size is perfect for apartments. The upholstery is very nice as far as as “vegan” leather goes and the cushions are comfortable not hard as some lower priced sofas I've experienced.

Big chair for a big guy!

The chair is exactly what my husband needed and exceeded his expectations. We shopped locally, prices twice or more than this chair, and nothing compared to the size and comfort level. Plus the heat and massage are added bonuses. Hes happy, Im pleased hes happy and I hope it last a long time.

Excellent Customer Service

So far the recliners are very comfortable and have operated and fit perfectly. The operation of the remote controls are a little unclear however with some practice not hard to master. Time will tell how the chairs will hold up but at this point I am very optimistic. I would not hesitate recommending these recliners.
