Takes almost no time to put together. It's not crazy big or very deep make sure you know what size you need and you'll be happy! Even assembled and full of clothes I'm still able to pick it up and move it easily. The drawers are able to slide out a bit, or come completely out and slide right back in with no problem. I love being able to take the bottom drawers out and set them on top instead of staying bent over the whole time.
