I have a large left leg caused by lymph edema. As a result I need to look for extra large sizes that can give me some comfort. I bought a pair of these for my brother so he could be a little more comfortable while he was in the hospital with Covid. His over night stay turned into a 2 week fight for his life and all he could talk about was how he wanted more of these pants! I ended up getting him 2 more pairs for him to have at home while he finishes up recovery.
