The disk likely is good, just not meant for US

The disk is meant for European region as explained by the seller, and only plays in a European player or a multi-region player. Our Blu-ray player could not read it because it's a simple one and we are located in the US. But I don't suspect there to be any issue with the disc itself outside of the region restriction.
