Frontier Certified Organic Peppermint Leaf is an organic, aromatic, top-quality peppermint leaf indigenous to Europe but now widely cultivated throughout the world. This herb is a hybrid of watermint and spearmint, sometimes referred to as " the world's oldest medicine". This Frontier herb has been used for centuries to settle tummy upsets and freshen breath. Use it to make a soothing, refreshing herbal tea for your head and digestion. It is also good for herbal body care applications. To prepare as a tea, pour 8 oz boiling water over 1-2 teaspoons of the herb. Cover and steep for 5-10 minutes, strain and serve immediately.
