Powerful, BUT...

This was a great powerful microwave, but 3 years later we find ourselves needing to replace it. It keeps tripping the circuit the second we turn it on. For the cost, you'd think one would get more than 3 years of VERY occasional usage from it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Serious Design Flaw

Although this microwave is beautiful, amazing and you will be absolutely in love with it after you install it in your kitchen, sadly the love does not last long! You will soon realize that the aesthetically pleasing control panel across the bottom requires wiring through the door hinge, which means the more you open and close the door (you know use it as a microwave or convection oven) the sooner you get to the wires becoming brittle and breaking causing intermittent working to rarely working and sometimes shutting off in the middle of finally working. All of this starts to lead me to wonder is it safe at this point to keep it plugged in and of course at the same extremely mad that my husband and I spent so much money on this microwave, not to mention the extra work required to install it and now we will likely have to replace it after not even 3 years of use!
