the website says it's up to 250sqft, it arrives in a box stating 150sqft. I had to wait during extreme heat for it to get returned and the money put back into my account so I can do as customer services said and reorder the item for the correct one to come because they could not replace it just return it. I ordered it a second time, customer service assured me it was a 250sqft unit, and the same thing happened. I order a 250sqft unit and get only a 150sqft unit. The website must have this mislabled. I kept it and took my loss because I was dying in the heat and couldnt wait yet another week for a different unit. the unit itself is ok and very simple, but not big enough for the room it's needed in.
