I started using this product because I was lifting weights and taking products like Natadrol and P6 black to support my muscle-building progress. To keep it simple, anything that stays in your body for a longer period of time (i.e., 24 hours), it's probably always a good idea to give your liver a bit of support.When I would search for products that increased testosterone (yes, women need it, too!), I noticed that it was always recommended to take something for the liver post-cycle. Mind you, I never took anything methylated, just products like P6 black and P6 red, and even Natadrol (I used 1/4 the dose). Even though the products I used were for just a tad bit of help and were considerably mild, I was still mindful of my liver. I didn't want to damage my liver in simply because I wanted to build more muscle.I felt like this product really did help support my liver to do its intended job - and I have purchased many, many bottles! I can't say that I "believe" in detox because that actually IS the liver's job, but what I do know is that it can become overwhelmed, especially with all the normal things (i.e., products, medication, other supplements, etc) we use on a daily basis. I appreciate that it doesn't have any artificial colors, flavors or preservatives - and it is nonGMO!
