I use the honey-roasted pecan pieces hot and cold. To top baked sweet potatoes. Gotta watch the toasting though, or they'll burn. And to top a small dish or vanilla ice cream. Oh my gosh, that's really good. The pecans seem to consistently be fresh and crunchy. Highly recommend.
