Salmon was Better Than I Thought

Normally, I don't purchase fresh fish through the delivery services, as i prefer to choose my salmon direct from the meat butcher and so that I can choose the ones that looks fresher than those that may have been out since the early morning. Also, I've learned from a very good friend who was born in the virgin island never to purchase fish that looks a certain way. Therefore, I was quite hesitate in purchasing fish via the Walmart delivery services but, I wasn't feeling well, the weather was terrible and I had a taste to bake some salmon smothered in barbecue %26 onion cream sauce w/ sautéed grilled carrots/Brussel sprouts over jasmine rice. And yesssssssss, it was Perfecto! Delicious! Would I order fresh salmon or any other kind of fresh seafood again via Walmart delivery process? I can't say that I would, only b/c I just don't want to risk purchasing something that could be old, or expired possibly causing stomach discomfort resulting from food poisoning.

Tastes good (poached withwater, fried in olive oil and butter mix, baked/steamed in parchment in oven). The package comes with two pieces of inconsistent cuts... one is a slice of uniform thickness from the middle and the other is cut from the tail area that tapers off to thin, not as pictured. Don't know if Walmart butcher does that odd packaging or if it comes prepackaged like that, but awkward when serving different portion configurations at a dinner. Recommend cooking soon after purchase.
