This Compleat is my favorite. I just wish there was more of it. The chicken breast is very good, matched perfectly with the mashed potatoes %26 gravy. Fix a side vegetable or salad to go with it %26 garlic bread would be good too. It is a really tasty meal that's ready after about 90 seconds in the microwave.

Quick, tasty, inexpensive meal. Good protein source and relatively low in carbs (I'm a Type II Diabetic and the carb content is low enough to fit into my diet.) I found that 1 minute in the microwave, then separate the chicken and stir, then another 30 seconds heats it more thoroughly. For people who have limited use of their hands (like my arthritic mother) the cover can be a bit difficult to remove. The self-life is excellent. And I've even eaten it without cooking while camping and during extended power outages.
