Because we use the same equipment for different single-ingredient recipes, you may occasionally notice tiny specks, slight color variations, or natural markings like faint traces of pumpkin, ube, or even a greenish tint from natural oxidation. This can happen during the freeze-drying process and is totally normal for both cooked proteins and raw fruits or veggies. It does not affect the safety, quality, or ingredient integrity in any way. 🧼 We thoroughly clean and sanitize our equipment between batches, but certain natural ingredients especially fine particles can sometimes be difficult to fully remove and may leave behind faint traces. ♻️ To help reduce electricity use and lower our environmental pawprint, we use a single machine for multiple recipes. It’s part of our commitment to staying efficient, mindful, and planet conscious without ever compromising on what goes in your pet’s bowl. 🐾 Every batch is carefully inspected, and we’d never send out anything we wouldn’t give our own pets.
