Rickety, Overpriced, Low Value

Ordered two, one fell apart (tiny springs and bar nearly impossible to put back together, after half an hour we gave up). Paper towel roll hangs askew, falls out if handled normally. This is an overly complicated, silly design. It does fold flat for shipping, but you only need to ship it once. For pulling paper towels off the roll it is almost useless. After some modifications, we reinforced it and made it work, but only because we saved the 3 cents by waiving free returns. Shouldn't have done that! Would definitely not re-buy or recommend. Would actively discourage purchasing one of these.

The paper towel holder will not hold paper towels,when trying to take a sheet off the roll the whole roll falls off. It was a waste of money!

Not worth the money!

Would actually give no stars if that option was available. Cheaply made with sharp edges all around. Mounted with a level, and it still comes up crooked because of the way it's made. Don't understand how this product is even for sale. Ended up throwing it out, and going with a plastic holder from a local hardware store. Some products you actually have to hold in your hands before buying. This is definitely one of them.
