A Sci-Fi Classic

Long before he made movies like Airplane and The Naked Gun, Leslie Nielsen was the serious captain of a space ship that heads out to check on a colony on a distant planet, to find only 2 people remaining. The movie was an early science fiction hit, with a real plot, filmed in color with a well-known cast, and not as absurd as many old Sci-Fi's were. Robbie the robot appeared through many years in different movies, such as Lost in Space. It's an old favorite, and thoroughly enjoyable.
