These work great! The cord is thick and sturdy, but long enough to be useful. it's hard to find that combination! Power light is blue and isn't bright enough to bother you if you're using the cord in a TV room or bedroom. (my old, old one had a larger red light to show it was powered on, and it could be distracting.)

The color and 10 ft length are perfect. It has a flat right-angled plug, but the cord easily curves to the left if needed. I like the blue light, and the twist-to-close safety covers are a definite bonus. It is very easy to plug and unplug all electronics.
