I have a large picture window and even though it is new any glass that large will feel cold in the room so I figured I would purchase this product. I have used it in the past quite a while ago and remember it was good back then so I liked the price and I bought it. I think it took maybe 15 to 20 minutes to put up and it is quite good quality. The tape stuck well and it tightened right up with the hairdryer as expected. I would certainly recommend this to anyone looking for a window insulation kit.

This is a two person operation highly suggested. I like this product much better because it's heavy duty film. The film does insulate from drafty windows when installed properly. If this is your first time using the product, definitely watch YouTube for instructions. Also use alcohol to finish the cleaning process of your surface to prep for the tape. That does make a difference. This is my second time using the film and I really like it. Saves me money on heating costs and it lasts all season. From time to time, you may have to apply new tape to corners but you have extra on the roll for that. I have two cats who are window watchers and neither has attempted to scratch the film off. So be weary with feline pets.
