    I purchased the peas with the thought of adding them to a trail mix blend. I purchased soy sauce and proceeded to soak the peas in the sauce overnight. I then boiled the peas in a large pot with garlic salt and blessed salt. After four hours they were ready to roast. I roasted them for about an hour, which was too long. Left alone without the roasting they turned out great. Thanks for the tip.

    Best whole dried peas we've ever purchased... so good in fact we ordered another two bags... when we rinsed them off before soaking they were so clean they hardly needed rinsing.... I am planning to look at this company to see what else they have.. and purchase from them... I also love that they send a follow up e-mail to see if we liked the product or had any problem in anyway... Good Job!!!!!!
