Some disappointing flaws

I'm torn on whether or not to recommend this item. I did not buy directly from the manufacturer, and I think maybe the puppet is a "defect" sold at discount. It's mostly good quality, but the right paw was sewn on in a twisted position, the face seems out of proportion, one of the eyes is cracked, and there were only 3 very thin fishing line whiskers on each side, three of which were all kinked. Three of whiskers have already fallen out. I have not returned the item, but I am really disappointed in the quality issues. I'm tempted to order one directly from the manufacturer to see how much of a difference there is.
