I love this oil container, It is great. I opened the hole much bigger and covered the small air hole on top. Since i made the hole bigger for the oil drain, there is enough air to let out. So spills at all. I made a funnel myself which it goes all the way to the oil plug so oil never dirty the top

It's an oil pan
Pretty much your standard oil drain pan. I have to say, it was cheaper at NT than anywhere else, so saving money is always good. I bought this to change oil on my motorcycle without thinking about the height of it. Needless to say, it was too high, so I gifted it to a friend and bought a low profile pan for my bike.

I don't know why all the other reviews are 1 Star. But this worked well for me. There is a breather hole to allow a faster drainage. Did not spill over or cause me a mess. I like it.
