I'm not sure what the difference is between regular instant yeast and instant yeast for a bread machine. Honestly, I bought this by mistake but it works beautifully for both machine-made bread and dough I've used for sweet rolls. My bread that I made in the machine turned out beautifully! So, yes, it's good stuff!

I love making my own bread in a bread machine. This yeast makes it so easy to use in the bread machine recipes. I truly love just mixing the ingredients in the order that is recommended for my bread machine, turn it on and let it bake a wonderful loaf of bread. I have two bread machines that I usually get started together, I either freeze one loaf for later, or pass it on to a neighbor so they can experience fresh baked bread. This makes baking a breeze. Easy to measure the correct amount needed. Just be sure to store in the refrigerator between uses.
