These do the trick
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not sure exactly what to say, except these work. Since they’re a soft gel, they really don’t have any taste at all. They just come in a pill container, which I like much more than blister packaging. They just do what they need to do, so I could also ;)

Relief.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I experience occasional constipation due to a high protein, low-carb diet due to health issues. I consulted with my physician, who approved for me to use Fleet Stool Softener. I followed the instructions on the package as well as additional instructions given to me by my physician. This product is not an instant solution to constipation. However, it worked for me within 14 hours and after only one dosage. Please consult a physician before use, and call the physician if you experience any of the side effects written on the packaging or mentioned to you by your physician.
