Instructions
DIRECTIONS: This package will properly season 50 lbs. shrimp, 40 lbs. crawfish or 1 hamper (4-5 dozen) crabs. 1. Place 6 gallons of water or enough to cover seafood and contents of package into large cooking container (60-72 qt), stir, and bring to rolling boil. Add seafood to boiling mixture, stir, cover tightly and return to boil. 2. Cook for the time shown in the table. Turn off heat and soak for the time shown in the table. 3. Cool hot mixture by adding ice. This will stop the cooking. Allow to soak until desired flavor. 4. Drain carefully and serve.
Safe Handling Instructions
Product is shipped and stored at ambient temperatures. Protect product from freezing and store unopened product with lid tightly closed at room temperature to reduce the risk of contamination and maintain maximum product quality. Refrigeration after opening is recommended to maintain optimal flavor.

If you are wanting a spicy kick to your seafood boils, fried, and bake let me just say this is it. I added some to my boil and it was a hit. I also added some to the fried shrimp and snapper it was so so good. I will be adding it as a seasoning to other foods. Grab you a jar.
