This works very well. My husband and I do a lot of camping and our little dog loves to be outdoors but hates the bugs. This works great for keeping her cool in the summer and off the ground. It is light weight easy to pick up and put inside. It was so easy to put together. I bought it online, I received it with in a week. I was pleased about that. I first bought one of these Pet Cots for my last dog because he was getting old and was having trouble getting up from his old bed (you know: Those stuffed ones like little mattresses). I bought it and he loved it. It was such a blessing to see him get up from his bed easily. Keeping his old bones off the floor was the kindest thing I ever did for him. He loved it. Also, since it's a very tight mesh, any sand or dirt he picked up outside didn't just soak into the bed. It sort of sifted straight through and I could easily sweep it up so he wasn't lying in it. The bed, itself, was easy to hose off and dry in the sun. Anyway, when my dog passed away at 12 years of age, I gave his Pet Cot to my sister who had adopted an older dog from the shelter. That dog is now enjoying the same bed. We recently adopted a new puppy and I had to get him a Pet Cot of his own. He adores it. He loves it so much and it has all the same benefits as the one my old dog had. Thank you for making a product that is actually as good as it claims to be.
