High expectation-low delivery

Great sound, but wasn't aware that you could not use both earbuds separately. Seems you am only able to operate the right one separately. The left one will not even connect or pair by itself. This was somewhat deceiving. I reviewed the buds and the brand was highly recommended, but nothing in the review disclosure mentioned that you can only pair the left side or use utilize it individually. Disappointed.

Comfortable but that's it....

I purchased a premium set of earbuds (MW07) only to be disappointed. First, the left earbud would not charge in its case and had difficulty connecting. Second, the audio quality was okay but the base was too low: I used these for the gym. Third, the volume is super low and did not get the range I needed; again gym setting. And lastly, there isn't an app to modify or tweak any settings. Can't imagine you can update firmware because there's app. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for new earbuds. The 250-300 price tag is way too high with all its flaws to include a 3-3.5 hour battery life.

Thank you for your feedback. We suggest in this case to ensure that a complete seal is made in ear, with the correctly sized in-ear tips / fit wings. If a complete seal is not made you may lose out on volume and bass, most notably. <br /><br />We pack in 4 sizes of tips &#43; 2 sizes of fit wings. With the correct sizing, you will be able to achieve high volumes and effective noise isolation.
