JackRabbit Full-Metal Hard Retractable Manual Tonneau Cover (FMCA35A66) by Pace Edwards. Material: Heavy-gauge extruded aluminum. Finish: Gloss black. This spring-action retractable tonneau cover is made with heavy-gauge extruded aluminum and given a tough, powder-coated black surface. It’s flush-fit mount makes it easy to clean and gives it a sleek, streamlined look. A Pace Edwards retractable cover gives you options that work for you and whatever you carry. You can ride with an open truck bed, or you can ride with a secure, locked cover for your cargo and tools. They even have a cover that’s easy to completely remove any time you need full access to your truck bed. In addition to security, a Pace Edwards cover actually increases your truck’s fuel efficiency 7%-10% by improving the aerodynamics of your truck bed, an advantage that adds up in your favor every time you drive.

I recently acquired a standard 98 Tacoma which was very limited storage in the cab. For longer trips, I would quickly run out of secure and dry space for anything that I was bringing along. The hard cover was the solution, and being that I want to have full access to the majority of the cab, but also have security, the hard rolling slats was a perfect option. Super easy to install and effective in what it was designed for!
