Our 2 year old is everything you ever hear about the "Terrible Two's" including sometimes not willing to go to sleep very easily at the end of the day. She's exhausted, but sometimes just can't seem to knock off. We (very) reluctantly decided to try these gummies and O.M.G. they worked perfectly! We don't give a full gummy....we give her half a gummy or less (<.25mg) 30 minutes before bed and it sends her right off into dreamland. We also don't give it to her nightly, as she does oftentimes fall asleep quite easily. We consider these as "backup" when needed, including when we go on vacation in our camper or to places she's unfamiliar with. It works every time. A total lifesaver to this mom and dad!
