this is the only product I use on my deck. Low VOC's, dries quick, and a little goes along way. Stands up to the harsh winters, snow and ice. This is a very hard to find product and I am so grateful the Walmarts for carrying it. Fast shipping at a great price.

I read good things about the FLOOD stain. I am applying it now at this time and it seems to be ok so far. My only complains is that when I received the 5 gallons through the mail, 3 cans were dented and 2 were leaking stain. That was sort of a mess needless to say. I think the person delivering the 2 boxes must have been handling them roughly for that to happen. Hope you correct this situation. Thanks.
