Perfect in style and price for a beginner!

This light is fantastic for beginners and pros alike! It?s easy to adjust, the LEDs are super bright at maximum brightness, and just how bright the light will be is very easy to adjust. This will fit any size dSLR, but forget about hot shoe attachments if you?re mounting your camera on the ring light directly. The diameter is too small and would require a bigger ring. It would have been nice to have had a threaded camera mount included as well, but not a deal breaker by any stretch. I?d recommend this to just about anyone.

Versatile, Light Weight

Nice and bright when you need it, and softer when you don't. Easy adjustment via small turning knob at the base. I'm very happy with it. I use it not only for photographs (before and after of my work on clients), but also during appointments - applying lash extensions, doing tattoo work. Very clean bright light. Just ordered a couple filters to experiment with, too. I just love it. Hope it lasts a long time!

Not narrowly focused like I need for some closeup shots, but good general purpose light. I like the long power cord - that's a good feature. I'll probably buy another one, or a similar one from flashpoint.
