This tenderizer was wonderful on beef fajitas! The product is unseasoned, however, still has a salt flavor. Do not add salt. I let the fajitas marinade for two hours with the tenderizer, fresh lemon juice from one lemon and half a bottle of beer. Tender and flavorful!!!
