As someone that thinks green chiles are like the prime ingredient in great queso and was hopeful about getting this, this was a miss. It's super spicy gas station cheese.

All I could taste was vinegar and spices. Couldn't even taste the cheese. It was pretty disappointing. I am only giving it 2 stars because it might be good to mix with another queso dip to add a little kick to it. If it weren't for that possibility I would only give it 1 star

Not sure what it's made of but it sure isn't cheese. It has the consistency of gel. It might look like cheese, but it doesn't taste like cheese. It's gross. If I had read the reviews I probably wouldn't have bought it. Do yourself a favor and choose another product, this stuff is yucky at best.
