Too shallow pockets

I was satisfied with the quality and comfort of this fitted sheet. However, it was advertised as having 15" deep pockets and the pockets were no deeper than those on the fitted sheet that I had to replace and those were 13" pockets. I really wanted the deeper pockets and this product did not fulfill that need.
