Nice alternative when baking

First time using almond flour so a little nervous but cookies turned out great! I would say it's high quality & there was no bad taste, if anything it might have a little sweet taste which is great for baking sweets like in a cookie recipe. It's nice to have this healthier option. I did have a hard time re-sealing the bag for some reason but no biggie. I would definitely recommend.
