Disappointed

This item was in the search for electric fireplaces. It has no real description. It is only thin cardboard canceled purchase next day on Walmart app or tried to. Heard nothing and a day and a half later they shopped it out earlier then even listed to begin with. Have yet to hear from them on the cancelled order Also came from a company different from Walmart I will now be more aware when using the Walmart app It now has a full page of instruction on how to return For us older people that are still working through the world if apps etc this is all confusing and frustrating

It's not even a real fireplace it's just cardboard boxes with a picture of a fireplace it cannot heat your house totally not what I wanted who want just cardboard boxes I should wrap the stuff in its own self and send it back to whoever thought of this idea
