translucent not transparent which is why it's not clear. It's heavy duty, it will not do sharp corners. I'm lining a chair with it, so it won't get soaked. and it just won't do sharp corners but for larger applications like curves on a greenhouse it would be great. I don't know if it would last more than a full season, though, exposed to sunlight. for what I want it for it's okay.
