The hat arrived in a small package and was all bunched up. It's made of cardboard and I was unable to straighten it out. The little felt was tearing and the belt around the brim came off. The entire hat was bended like a paper bag. It's a TERRIBLE PRODUCT!!!! It should not be sold.
