The tv is really nice but the remote just stop working after a month of using it. No it wasn't the batteries it just wouldn't work any longer. I call the support to replace the remote controller they gave me all types of run arounds. That I am not having. And I have a three year warranty on the Tv. I am just really upset they will not just send a replacement remote controller while the warranty covers it.

Be Very Aware!

Be skeptical when considering purchasing this model. Bought mine in January of 2025. Works fine. Bought the Vizio 2.1 SE Sound bar in February 2025. Soundbar works great on Bluetooth, but when I plugged it into the E-ARC HDMI port, Soundbar functionality is sketchy. Too late to return TV to Walmart for an exchange and Vizio customer service was no help at all. My honest opinion: TV is great on its own, but beware of the connection ports construction, may not be all that reliable.

PAY TO ACTIVATE TV

if there was a zero i would give it one. In order to use this TV you have to pay VIZIO $59 to activate the TV! Well screw that, i pay enough for TV shows, etc, this thing will be returned. Absolutely disgusting when I do not want their programming, i will never buy another VIZIO product again.
