Love it! Give your pet time to get used to it!

Item arrived perfectly as described. My cats LOVE it. But for all my other feline parents… give them time, and don't give up! It may take time for them to accept it. I have 3 cats. One walked right up to it and started drinking as soon as I hooked it up. One took 2-3 days before she would use it. And the last one took a good week before he'd touch it. I kept another water bowl right up against it and removed it as soon as I saw all 3 drinking from it. Now it's a hit 😻 You'll know it's ready for more water when you hear the water trickle. When it's full, it's totally silent, which I love. Very happy with this purchase!
