I purchased these twice , once in a 10 supposely in a wide width, once they came, the faux shade look was good looking, but the shoe size, you have to go larger, so I reordered in a 11. Once the shoes arrived the second time, the size 11 fit, but the shoe was In a faux leather. I kept the shoe because I wanted brown, and didn't want to go a third round.

I love they fit BUT....

I tried to figure out how to return or who to contact because on sandal started squeaking and it drives me crazy. Bought three pair all extra wide so happy with look and fit but not sure what to do squeaking and have worn 3x.
