Haven't started installing the product yet. But I am familiar with these types of floating floors. I'll adjust my rating if there are problems. But I did open every box to inspect the flooring. Every box was nicely packaged. I think I only had one tile that was slightly damaged. And I mean ever so slightly. Free shipping. Good price. And product in perfect condition? Yeah, I'll take that.
