Works great! I normally use a microwaveable heating pack but I had surgery and it was to painful to keep getting up to reheat so I bought this one. Even after the healing process of the surgery I use it on cold nights to warm up and it's been great for my husband's lower back pain. My cat also loves it too!

I was in pain just below the knee. I usually get a cortisone shot when this happens. It was the weekend so I had to wait. i had tried patches and creams, and nothing was working to ease the pain. I bought this and finally got to sleep after 2 days of being awake. It was so conforting. Even though it did not say for the knee, it worked great. It has six heat intensity settings. The only thing I would suggest is that they add velcro so you can wrap it around a circular area.
