    Low Quality Product Should Be Priced Less

    I was super excited to find these frames as I was looking for super thin, black, 18x24 inch frames that were made of a nice material (I.e. not plastic). I bought 3 of these frames. Despite the careful packaging, the glass was broken in two corners on one of them. Another one had places where the black frame on the aluminum had rubbed off. And two of the frames were missing the black clamps to help hold the back of the frame in place. Given how much I paid for these frames (nearly $50 each), they were definitely not worth that price. Luckily for me and where I was hanging them, I did not need the glass. Also because of the height I hung them, you cannot see the one that is missing some of the black around the frame. And I was able to wedge the artwork in the frame to make it work. So these frames served my purpose and honestly, I could not find any similar frames in any other store. I just wish they had cost less because the value I got out of them did not justify the price.
