vendor just can't seem to get it right

this is a very attractive garment however I ordered it twice the first one was a very poor fit so I ordered it in a larger size. when it arrived it had exactly the same issues as the smaller size. I'm a very small bone woman 5'2 110 lb and across the bust the buttons leave gaps and don't close to leave a flat nice looking fit. I would like to think my hips are small and yet it continues both sizes to pull where the pockets are. it's a shame because I like the color I like the material they just can't seem to get the fit correctly. and I might mention that every time Walmart said a delivery date it never occurred it was always late. balls for return to Walmart and the vendor
